In terms of reviews, Google has released a new organic search update as well as guidelines on how to create product and service reviews, recommending that publishers provide evidence of their own experience with what they are reviewing to support their expertise and reinforce the authenticity of their review. Google continues to shift from E.A.T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) to E.E.A.T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), with the extra 'E' denoting Experience.


Overall, these recent changes and upgrades illustrate the ever-changing nature of digital marketing and the significance of remaining current with the newest trends and technology in order to compete in the digital realm.


Substack has introduced a new "Notes" feature that allows authors to publish shorter pieces into a Twitter-style stream. In the next days, the functionality will be made available to all users.

Bing has announced the global launch of Professional Service Ads, which are vertical-specific ad units in search. Bing is also considering expanded hover features and sharing ad revenue with publishers

Meta is facilitating lead generation using Facebook Reels. Within Facebook Reels, Click-to-Messenger Ads will be available.


The For You tab on Twitter will feature material from verified, paid subscribers. Posts from accounts that users follow will continue to appear on the For You page.


Instagram is already testing advertisements in its search results feed, which will be rolled out internationally in the coming months. Keyword-based targeting is expected.
